Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dermatologist in Niles, IL, as well as the Niles land area. Please contact our office to schedule an appointment. If, for any reason, you cannot keep your scheduled appointment or will be running late, please call us as soon as possible. Also, be aware that we have a cancellation policy in place that states if you do not give us 24 hours' notice of your need to cancel, there will be a cancellation fee or no-show fee assessed and billed to you.
Insurance and Billing
We accept most traditional insurance plans. Please contact your insurance to verify network participation with North Branch Dermatology. You can look at our list of insurances on the website to see which plans we are contracted with. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We bill your insurance plan after the exam is completed. We do not know what your insurance is going to cover before performing any exam or procedures in our office. If you have any questions about your insurance benefits, please contact your plan directly.
